The softwares that pull the lists are more or less the same since they all just take the tax record data and upload it into their own software/website (Prop stream, deal machine, batch leads, etc.)If you're on a budget I would get batch leads for $100 a month and you can export 10k leads skip traced.

They shared the seller's motivation, disclosed issues with the property AND verbalized their willingness to negotiate on asking price... they did most of the talking, which will lead to a negotiation starting at $75-100K below the asking price... ultimately could result in a purchase price about $40K (or 5%) below market value.The 2nd thing I'll recommend for successfully househacking in and around NYC is to grow your network.
