With Apartments and even SFR it seems a little more straight forward, however alot of brokers in my brokerage are representing either one side or the other in deals with companies like Mcdonalds, Ulta, Verizon and other big multinationals.

Loan brokerage companies can run the gamut from an independent 1 person operation to a publicly traded multinational corporation that employs thousands and whose loan advisory services are just one of the many services offered.

You can't compete with large multinational corporations, they have capital, leverages and wholehearted support of the government at all levels.
