Hi, I'm looking for a lender. I wanted to find out if the list and ratings at brokeroutpost.com is legitimate? how are they rated? Some brokers I see are rated in the thousands while others is just one rating.

What's a good way to find a mortgage broker? Are there any good sites that rate them fairly? thanks
