Interest should be strong enough that almost always will one or more parties show up otherwise I have other issues to address.

Most banks won’t issue LOCs directly to LLCs, since they prefer lending to individuals, and that’s probably why you’re hitting a wall.What some investors do is keep the deed in their personal name to get the LOC, then run the rental operations through the LLC.

You mention layout issues, but do the layout issues impact rent roll projections or existing rent roll?

I own 8 rentals in Texas and have been using protest services for quite a long time without issues.

Texas has a lot of condo complex that not even a DSCR loan will be accepted because of the state of all the buildings.Make sure you walk the property and you won't have other issues on the condo.

I’ve used it for a number of properties and never had an issue.

We are now come to understand that financing the TIC might be an issue, and waiving the financing contingency might not be a good idea.

Same with vendors, we pay Friday after no matter what financial issues they have to beg us to pay sooner.

Your future DTI shouldn't be an issue you save cash-flow and handle your personal finances correctly.
