That being said, you cannot ban all animals, because you cannot ban service animals from the property.

Their push here is that nobody owns a car, and everybody uses public transportation.Rent here is going up in part due to raising interest rates, the Covid ban on evictions, where people stopped paying, more single people, not starting families, and the unreasonable demand that young people seem to have to own a large house, just like their parents had, not realizing that many started in smaller houses.

The big picture is that the State of Florida said in a ruling, If a municipality didn't already have a pre-existing rule regarding short term rentals as of 2011, then the municipality cannot ban STRs.

Personally I don’t think anyone should be banned unless they have been convicted of a crime that could harm people on this site.
