They are doing their best to counteract this reputation but the kids who came down here in the 80's have grown up and are bringing their children here now.

They are also the ones creating new jobs in building and construction, and revitalizing neighborhoods that would otherwise sit in decay and disrepair.If this bill could be so crippling to lenders, investors and allied job creation, why did it pass unanimously in the FL legislature?

Obscene property taxes, union stronghold, old and obsolete manufacturing base, decaying infrastructure, terrible weather, corrupt politicians, and the list goes on and on...

Think about other ways of house hacking such as letting out extra living spaces or renovating decaying one family houses.

I think cities will struggle and decay if Covid is not controlled.

Inspect roof for raised shingles, nails popping, vents sealed and in good condition, drip edge secured and facia condition being free of rot/decay.
