With a 5% down loan you would need to save up about 10k for the downpayment + closing costs (try to get seller to pay these) and have $5k on hand for basic repairs or ignition you’re responsible sign up for a 0% intro APR credit card.

An off the cuff tweet ignites a selloff and things are choppy for awhile until another leader tweets about progress being made or something else takes over the headlines.  

But even so, natural gas could be ignited by other things too.It seems like every natural gas detector I see online is "plug-in" only.

That route is not for everyone but it's what really ignited my investing career.I spent over 6 years studying in college and I have never used a degree to find work, however, much of what I learned has served me very well in my career.

It would be unlikely that you could get an attic space hot enough from lack of ventilation to melt outdoor siding, because that would be a ridiculous inner surface temperature that might ignite anything combustible in the attic.
