Turns out this student is just starting school, so no grades were available.The school has started their semester, but somehow this person lives in another state while supposedly "in school full-time."

Especially in college areas, I think it would be easier to rent single rooms that way at least part of your mortgage is taken care of while you find more renters.Also, do people usually plan there rental property prucahses around the school year, IE purchase a property before school starts when the students are still looking for houseing or do you just buy when you find the right deal even if it is the middle of a semester.

This semester I am taking Real Estate law, and next semester I will really begin to take actual Real Estate classes such as classes on appraisal, mortgage brokering and a class on Commercial Real estate.

Ben Leybovich you know what they say, "those that can...DO and those that can't...TEACH" Jennifer Lee I also cannot agree with you because like Ben said costs have become prohibitive due to the government subsidizing everyones education, living expenses, beer money, etc...The best education you can get is from actually finding someone who does what you want to be doing and get on the job training.For accounting, marketing, and other subjects you can get a basics class at the local community college for dirt cheap ($73 a semester here per class)
