Hi Stephen, what software/websites do you recommend for finding people with 5+ properties in their portfolio in my city?

I would for sure checkout the zip codes 45439 and 45409 based on my preliminary look if you want to be in the heart of the city but don't discount the suburbs especially if you are looking to invest in SFH. 

One of the things few people will tell you is that finding a property whose owner is willing to sell off market and with significant discount is where you will hit a brick wall most of the time.
