Instead of seeing this as an opportunity, people like you get offended, and their egos are hurt, so to defend it they will instead of accepting actual data, try to manufacture and manipulate the narrative to construct a realm where they could still be right regardless of where or not it is right.

A conniving, manipulative, greedy lamb, but nonetheless not the main architect of this scam, for whatever that is worth to anybody at this late point in the ordeal (probably not much).

Just curious if anyone has successfully gotten leads from ALE Solutions/other similar temp housing agencies.

This is not to say there are not a lot of red flags that would have me concerned, but there are also signs in the other direction - and at this point everyone is just guessing and taking information and manipulating to fit their narrative.PS: Those that say I work or associated with Marco just goes to show how bad people are at due diligence. 

I remember chatting with my friend over coffee in Tempe just a few months back, after he’d gotten tangled in a set of local regs that made his head spin.

If P&Ls were manipulated or tenant histories weren’t properly vetted, that’s a serious issue and could form the basis of a strong misrepresentation claim.

Have you thought about telling him to consider getting a temp service job to raise the money.
