I'm still toying with the idea of maybe doing a coffee hut out there, or equipment storage, but the market seems dead on the first idea, and saturated on the other.

My strategy is to pick up properties with individual spaces, like small beach condos, tiki huts or cabins.

Thanks Account Closed and  everyone else for your input and perspectives...I'm sure this is an ages old dilemma that both newcomers and veterans in the field have debated ever since man bought & sold his first hut !!
