All pets must be fixed, all current shots intially, rabies ect.... quality flea meds monthly ( 9 mo out of year in Indiana), and ask for reciepts till i trust the tenant...

It's so affordable that I often speak with some who fly here 2 to 4 times a year just to buy meds (you can legally only bring a 3 month supply across the border) or to get dental work.

I just see what the cdc and doctors and other med professionals say.

You have no control and don’t even know what your investing in with a 401k, mainly a risk tolerance level that is managed behind a curtain (low/med/high).

But most folks, including myself, who graduate from a top 10-15 school in STEM, accounting/finance, life science (esp. pre med) and similar fields are easily earning $100K+ within 3-5 years of their undergrad degree (you might find it interesting to know that I graduated in 2008... so not the best timing for a finance major). 

Take a breath, relax a bit, maybe get a therapist or some anxiety med's or something because man the jump to panic is over the top.
