@Jake Lemke thank you for time on replying on my post, im a amature, inexperience individual try learn as much i can from all the people i've meet on my journey reaching my goal. to be able to do that, i have to keep using my limited resources to its maximum level, and ill make mistakes, im sure i will, but i learn from and gain more knowledge and idea from that mistake. i won't know it until i try it. if you can provide me any information what to do or thing i need to know on ur spare time, because i know you have more important things to do with your time, and i do really appreciate ur time, you've help me and letting me to know that i was wrong, the best you can. thank you

Now with essentially free money being gone, not only in BRRR is it more challenging but every aspect of real estate is more challenging and we are going to see a lot of people lose a lot because of inexperience of not knowing their riskI totally agree, thanks for the input!
