You can ask for referrals, but every property is different and while there are some scumbags out there, I'd like to believe most of the bad wholesaling is done from inexperience and not malicious.

You do deals the sponsor and passive investors can feel good about and both hopefully get a handsome return on the back end exit.Some of these sellers and brokers LOVE newer syndicators or buyers because they can more easily manipulate them into paying more due to inexperience.
