Seems like to me that everyone wants something for nothing nowadays and nobody is willing to put in the work or to pay the margin for someone else that is willing to do the work...Folks want to "own a monkey", play with the monkey, but not "carry the monkey" or clean it's S#@% when it does one heheI guess next time I go to McDonalds, I'll ask them for organic burger buns or where I can find them, I'll bring my own meat paddy and potatoes, get them to make a Big Mac meal for me and maybe I throw some change their way hahaHow about those analogies above... lolHave a great weekend guys and much success with your investing 🙏 Throat punch um bro.

He is not poverty stricken, so there is absolutely no free government cheese for me.  

With that said I could be convinced I saved 5k (3%) on my purchase price which is probably a nothing burger over the life of the investment.

That doesn't mean everyone of them is a bum, but most of these people are kids living with room mates working at Walmart or Dicks Burgers, and the vast majority of them turn out to be felons. 

And, again, these are Mom and Pops, not big institutionally-owned properties.).If everyone wants to (chase the cheese) looking for the unicorn in today's market that is fine just do not expect brokers to work on long shot stuff with little payouts.This stuff was a lot more prolific at the bottom of market cycles as landlords had a headache and were not making any money.

A few years ago I could go to McDonald’s get a double cheeseburger and a medium chocolate shake3.50 now it’s 8$ and it takes twice as long to get it Gas was only $1.60 for a short time in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC.  

If 2x, 3x, 10x the # of burger trucks flood onto a given street to offer burgers to the people, to meet demand 1:1 it has an economic effect of competion driving prices to REMOVE any bloat, any false margins, right.

If flipping burgers at McD's isn't cutting it, or slinging coffee, carrying food, IDK, maybe get a career.

Yes, we individuals can flip burgers on our own grill, and yes we can make them better than McD.
