I scheduled times for these supposed setups and this guy Scott at (407) 782-7456 & (407) 401-8916 pretended like he knew what he was doing but couldn't even give directions to set up a remote Zoom meeting where he would have access to my computer.

Rented for $3400/month year round.The demand for single family and 2 family homes in the town is crazy and the sale prices continue to increase year by year.To me the rental income vs the value of the houses makes no sense and the property taxes keep increasing.If you guys were in my position what would you do with these properties (they would sell at or above the Zillow valuations in a heartbeat).Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Now you wanna use a 12% HML guy and take a giant mortgage, and you wanna use a GC that you found and looks so swell and can talk the game A+. 

My concern is the road noise might lead to bad guest reviews.
