So if a builder/developer "desperately needs to get rid of inventory at a discount", they are doing something seriously wrong.I'm a couple of hours away in St Pete/Tampa Bay, and I'm not familiar with the Orlando real estate market, but we certainly don't a glut of new homes being sold off by desperate builders in this part of Central Florida.
