So far, i've actually had like 3 leads from 50 contacts it, so if these numbers play out, once I get through all 700 I have I'll be turning work down and won't have to do it again, so i don't really need a long term solution in this case.

Generally pretty good on recordkeeping- both in time spent materially participating (for us and others for qualification purposes) and finances for the STR.Decided to do an engineering-based, in person cost seg study at the last minute and do short term loophole with 60% bonus depreciation. 

I have been a long term Amica insurance customer and they insure my many properties.
