In order to avoid the costs to present proper documentation in order to foreclose, they are offering the borrowers and tenants cash for keys in order to avoid further damage and vandalism.A broker friend of mine actually witnessed a used car being given to a borrower in exchange for leaving the home in good condition and the keys.Since there is so much controversy over the foreclosure proceedures coupled with the sheer number of pending actions this is the best way around it for the investor.

I think there are just as many "portfolios" to mimic as there are fad diets or exercise routines out there.Of course, I haven't even gone into individual stocks, ETFs, etc.With real estate, the rules of thumb are pretty simple.

You could have the greatest problem solving product in the world, a pill that supplies complete benefits of dieting and excersizing, but if no one ever knows about it then its no good.Third, One person suggested $600 annual fee for seminars and if they do not pay they are not serious about investing.
