That's our human nature, we are hard wired to react to scary things and so our antennae's are more finely tuned there.  

There are other Cell companies antenna on the tower would I then by entitled to those lease payments since I would be the new owner of the tower? 

Items of personal property, including but not limited to window coverings, appliances,manufactured homes, mobile homes, vehicles, spas, furniture, appliances, antennas, satellite dishes and garage dooropeners now or hereafter located on the Property are not included in the transaction contemplated by the Agreementor the purchase price unless the personal property is specifically described in the Agreement.

Initially I thought it would be an additional revenue source; however, poking around I found that the owner sold a perpetual easement to the billboard company.The easement is written fairly broadly, and even contains language allowing the addition of antennas and other telecommunication devices.Two questions came to mind.

You have to have your antenna up and be in the right place.

However, if you have a killer company name, I'd look into locking up that web domain, and business cards are a must, and a facebook page for the company to get your friends' antenna perked up.

@Aaron Klatt  Aaron i just had a tenant who  was paying by check, but he got a  pit bull and had holes drilled into my roof for a satellite antenna, both of which were lease violations. 

@Jake Calle, does the radio station need any special kind of equipment (antennas, etc) which may require zoning or township or FCC approval?

My antennae go up when a borrower contacts me who is already deep in process with another lender, especially when he/she makes it clear they have not told the other lender they are leaving.

As others have said, I don't think they are in breach of your contract - but it would definitely raise my antennae if this were me and would keep a close eye on that unit.
