That's our human nature, we are hard wired to react to scary things and so our antennae's are more finely tuned there.

There are other Cell companies antenna on the tower would I then by entitled to those lease payments since I would be the new owner of the tower?

Initially I thought it would be an additional revenue source; however, poking around I found that the owner sold a perpetual easement to the billboard company.The easement is written fairly broadly, and even contains language allowing the addition of antennas and other telecommunication devices.Two questions came to mind.

My antennae go up when a borrower contacts me who is already deep in process with another lender, especially when he/she makes it clear they have not told the other lender they are leaving.

As others have said, I don't think they are in breach of your contract - but it would definitely raise my antennae if this were me and would keep a close eye on that unit.
