As far as meetups, most seem to have almost no attendees.

You need to fully document your efforts, including meeting locations, meeting attendees and meeting times.

Each episode an investor goes through their deal analysis with the help of Mitch and other attendees.

Most of the attendees are new investors that are either looking for their first property, or folks with 1-4 units. 

I was just in Los Altos Friday night for a meetup and one of the attendees stepped out back of the Pizza joint and fired up a doobie asked if I wanted a hit.. told him if i did that you have to pick me up from the floor..

I would suggest finding your local real estate meet up group and call some of the attendees or, attend a meeting.
