Yes I'm very confident as the purpose of the build and design is to create a seamless experience with built in amenities from the very beginning instead of cobbling together different things and following the same amenities war.It also adds to the difficulty of getting a normal appraisal in a rural town.Thankfully there are unique structures around me such as geodomes, tents, bus converted to airbnb, unique treehouse types.
