I don't see it working.Managing STRs is a lot of faucets to turn on for a little bit of water.

There was a Pace Morby minion on here last year who was atempting to scale with Sub 2 and  professed that he did not care if he was under water as long as he was buying his property with none of his own cash and the property cash flowed. 

Even a basic inspection when looking at electric meters, water meters, vent pipes, etc. from the exterior of a home would indicate a basement.

In Reno and metro areas, insurance companies primarily focus on roofs, the age of the building, wiring updates, and water pipes, as mentioned @Cameron Moore.

How to shut off power/water/gas, change furnace filters, lint catchers, batteries, garbage disposal, toilets (flushable wipes are actually not flushable) etc- we emphasize to report problems and we always thank them first when they do.

Other than that no issues, water proof like they say. 

The land will be zoned residential and will potentially has access to water, sewer and probably electricity (not necessarily) It's in a good location.

"Has water to it" but no electrical from the grid.
