The reason there were 3 votes at the Board of Supervisors for this issue is because Terra Lawson-Remer defeated Kristin Gaspar last November. 

Some of my favorite neighborhoods would be Grasslands, Christina, Terra Largo, and anything built by Southern Homes. 

There is money to be made, but the same could be said for Dutch Tulips in the 16th century.IMO the much bigger shoe to drop was TERRA/LUNA crashing.

We had one acre of land cleaned and cleared, added a fence around it with an elecric car gate, converted the lower level into a King Suite with kitchenette, french doors and a patio, painted, changed some vanities, added an outdoor kitchen to the gazebo, with some terra cotta tile, added solar power and internet - and so much more!
