I've had a few great deals where there was a valuation discrepancy between current use and allowed use.

If there is a discrepancy there is usually a reason.

It's almost as if Airbnb decided to do this in the one place in America where there's the LEAST chance they'll find significant discrepancies between the two reservation models..

DMM.IF the entire realm of samples taken was in the 0.1 orders of magnitudes, then OK I would entertain these numbers.But you are obsessing about a 0.1% discrepancy between your marketing methods when the sample size is in the THOUSANDS, .,.. it makes no sense my man.

What accounts for this discrepancy? 

I think that's unfair and its contributing to incredible discrepancies in wealth among Americans in particular.
