For the record my house stays on 68 during the winter and I dress appropriately.

If you guys have any advice on how to dress this it would be highly appreciated.

Be likable, be professional in your demeanor, dress in a business like manner- business casual when you are in public (It will open more doors for you than if you dress like the other teens in mod fashion With mod haircuts).

But I can paint exteriors, dress up the landscaping, restripe the parking area, upgrade electrical and lighting and HVAC, add or subtract windows and doors, put down epoxy flooring, freshen up tired office spaces and restrooms, etc.

They did homework without being asked, they set their alarm clocks, they got dressed and ready, I didn't get calls from their teachers about bad behaviors; all of that happens due to the foundations you set when they are younger. 

Most don't drive exotic cars or dress in suits when they first meet us.

But all you need is very minimum that can get you what you need - IMMEDIATELY.Thanks for starting the dress up discussion, seen the pressure to please, but just try to care only enough to ease into income.

I've been told by numerous tenants basic things of what to do and not to do when going there, like carrying, blend in with a simple car, dress casual, racial things, etc.

Hint: (more professional style of dressing).Something as simple as a solid color golf shirt with your company logo and a pair of well pressed tan pants might go along way--because first impressions count.Nothing wrong with what you have on in the picture, (for a backyard BBQ or etc...), but it is possible if you're trying to do money business, a little more professionalism might help.Then again maybe not, because you still have to find and get to know people you can partner with.Good Luck!

Fortunately, nobody can see me, because I may not be dressed very well..I think people who want to live on a golf course love being on display, at least they like the idea of it when they buy it, because you actually rarely ever see anyone.
