Just a week ago I had an inspection done from RHIP. two officers dressed as SWAT team with bulletproof vests visited my property and checked if my property is in good condition. since I did major remodeling one year ago, they had minor remarks, (but it still costed me $800 for their visit), here is my thoughts video: https://youtu.be/fScVegQ4cto?

@Deborah Cavallaro Yes, that includes everything you have mentioned, except appliances, contractors don't normally dress up the house for you, it also has limitations, usually tiles, flooring, etc.

Have her log the activity in writing and get video footage, inspect the property yourself, check for critters (like albino raccoons...they look like ghosts 😂) check for gas and water leaks, look up the history on the house just to know what the deal is, and if you have to... ask some good friends to dress in white coveralls and bring a shop vac to house to suck the ghosts out.
