How often have we all gone to an investors club or chamber of commerce meeting only to be shoved the cards 20 realtors who have no clue what we are interested in?

I spoke with one of the CSRs and she said that if I had a couple hundred to mail at once (only happened on mondays so I never persued this) to check with the chamber of commerce and for a fee you can use their machine and whatnot without having to pay all the set up fees.

There is some noise in this comment, but overall I appreciate it, especially on LinkedIn, where everything is an echo chamber of "I help create passive income for busy professionals", "Invest like the rich", "create financial freedom through real estate".  

Promptly bought my own setup.If a field goes bad some municipalities require relocation to new ground, and of course current standards, which could involve, pumps, alarms, aeration chambers etc.I had homes in one city where you weren't allowed to touch an existing field, and when they died, I was forced to hook up to city services @$5600 plus monthly fees.All depends on how your dirt perks and the prevailing "rules" as far as replacement options.I have heard many times 50 to 60 years is all you should expect from a "system" and even concrete tanks can fall apart from the extreme environment they are subject to.

In my previous insurance career, networking though chamber events, rotary would good sources of connections and referral business.

And help or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks I use sites like the local chamber of commerce for the area, homes.com, neighborhood scout, niche, and census.gov to get statistics on schools, crime, and local development. 

For example "No cooking grease, oil, animal meat bones, pasta, rice, any other substance down the garbage disposals except apple and carrot peels and liquids with no solid matter such as juice and soda" and "no vaping and smoking of any tobacco product, marijuana or any substance" on the property, including the backyard"
