The amateurs....too many around that made money in 2019 in 1-2-3 syndication deals and now thing they are ready for the big leagues.

They know they are not selling a legitimate product worth that kind of money (a years tuition at an Ivy League, as a point of reference!).  

Entertainment is surprisingly decent for such a small area (at least it was before the U.S. all shut down), but you'll still need to head to Phoenix to see any major sports leagues.

Mike Im kind of out of my league here on advice as I am in sunny S calif and you are in Jersey.I would consult with the local water provider and a local father and son plumbing shop for the meter splits.Remenber get the best possible insulation to avoid burst water mains in the winter time.Steam heat is a mystery to me as we simply dont need it here in Los Angeles.We crank up gas wall heaters a couple months in the wintertime aside from that,,,,thats about it.Again seek competant local help.I reccomend smaill family business with good reputations cant go wrongDD

If someone with an Ivy League degree is a better clinician, it's probably not a result of their education- most likely, it's because they were intelligent enough to be admitted in the first place.
