We decided to dress up and have “date night” once per week no matter what, even if that means at home given Covid restrictions.

The time is probably better spent on upgrading skills, as juggling the dress shirt and tie notary job that can come at anytime of the day with a rehabber investor who would want someone a bit more consistent may be a bit too much.

If you stop the work on your own place, complete the buddy-place and make great cash flow, you could dress up your own place even nicer afterwards with money from tenants.

I also dress conservatively to stay more relatable and so I can jump into a crawl space to inspect a leak at any moment.
