Therefore, I have been trying to study up on techniques used to make good offers and over come objections. 

Just because a technique for acquiring or earning money is popularized by gurus and practiced unethically by the gurus students does not mean that the technique itself is a scam, unethical, immoral, or that the participants aren’t honest.   

It's not as sexy as some "other" techniques out there - but it works.Anyways, I hope all of that makes sense.

There are some fundamental views that Del has that I do disagree with, and some of the selling techniques make me feel a little slimy, but I do think that Del has created a good thing and it serves a positive purpose. 

It's a very clever technique to appear to be above board by omission of facts.

Now I'm trying to to learn some wholesale techniques to obtain more properties to rent and BRRR.  

This is one of the simplest, most effective techniques I’ve ever used.

Understand that this is a problem solving technique not a primary tool.
