I lost sleep thinking I had an infestation, only to realize it was a scam, and yet there’s no real punishment for the guest.

I was a great engineer as well but problem was the work literally bored me to sleep.

We allow families we KNOW to stay in it. it sleeps 7-8 people.Also, I have a lot of friends that also have campers. and they allow me to use it from time to time to help the families.I also cleared a designated 1 acre area for tent camping.

Hi @Aaron White - Being a licensed GC will aid in REI, especially for BRRRR strategy. 

"people are idiots ron" not a whole lotta use losing sleep over it, but it is pretty common and customary for there to be fees or penalties when cancelling a lease or other contract early.

I considered that my PHD in real estate investment.It took time to reinvent myself but today I am a successful cash purchaser of real estate and sleep well at night. 

However, in reality, you need to do what allows you to sleep at night.Let me know if you want to chat sometime.
