@Joe Zinger Ya HVAC is a pretty good racket.

Credit is a racket to some people, but it's a very necessary evil for credits to have somewhat of a baseline model to credit worthiness.

There are a few good ones on this forum.Permit Expeditors- We think this is a racket but we have paid the freight to hire permit expeditors. 

Last night, while on drugs (he admitted to me), he kicked in his own door, and proceeded to make a racket until one of the other tenants called the troopers.

My purpose is to reduce the fear associated with an out-of-control legal system set up on extracting assets through Legal Extortion Rackets by protecting your wealth from such attacks, while leaving you with both control and beneficial use of your assets.

Joking, sort of.It's a tough racket and a completely different animal than managing your own rental properties.

Drug dealing gangs are very difficult to handle...the drug dealing generates enough money to pay for illegal guns, hired shooters, and other various resources...the specific gang you are dealing with and their connection to that area could make things very dangerous...Our family property is in Hollywood, CA and in the 90's it was a war zone with 18th street gang running the show. we did neighborhood watch walks and did our best to be community involved policing, but, until the state/city law started using  gang injunctions locally that were based on the federal RICO(Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) very little could be done. 

what a racket!

It's a horrible racket though.

But I also think the appraisal market is a racket which will probably get me some objections.
