I was extremely lucky to have that support and even luckier to stumble on a way to make a full time income working nights and weekends in high school, college, and a bit after (doing magic shows at kids' birthday parties).

Charlotte, until recently, was one of the only cities in the U.S. that had any appreciation at all so we're luckier than many investors.Look for a year and find one great deal.

I have been a bit luckier than Rich as I have done about 10 homes in that time, but I probably accept a lower margin.If you want to hold then I think good deals are still here.

For whatever reason people just think Real estate is the highway to rich's and like any other business it is for some ( but only a minority of very determined hard workers)  It just seems like the harder I work the luckier I get..
