Well first thing I would do is check over my numbers.No great advice on how to market a big package vs. selling them off singularly, but I know as a SFR or 200 units, and everything in between, I would more or less dismiss anyone saying they have a rental with expenses only running 7.5% of gross rents.  

You might also be dealing with a singular bad attorney or a singular bad realtor.

Some advisors are holistic in nature and some have a more singular focus.
