A little background on me - I have my MBA and have worked in the NFL for about 5 years with both the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos as a Football Operations Assistant.

MY 4 bedroom is right at 100k with plenty of football left to play. 

People who have been currently making money for the new upcoming area are local contractors, downtown condos owners and downtown housing owners, downtown airbnb owners, local colleges ( MATC & Marquette ),  downtown businesses, big money downtown developers ( generation upon generation investors ).Amazon 2nd headquarter would be best served within Milwaukee county.Example ~ Football competition Packer versus Seattle revenue generated.We are up 1 and only need two more possible outcomes over the next year.( Playoff victory and being pick as 2nd headquarter for Amazon )

You could get parents visiting college kids or out of town football fans.

Initially we thought weekends for football games, homecoming, graduation and ect would be our clientele but  I’m liking the idea of weekly stays from these types of guests.  

My daughter had a softball tournament in Tiffin this past February.

I always tell my clients that this time of year can be a great time to get a bargain when everyone else is Christmas shopping and talking about football. 

Auburn as many of you probably know is a big SEC football college, meaning that (In theory) there will always be a plentiful amount of college kids coming to Auburn year after year looking for a place to stay.

On a personal note, I enjoy sports (football, soccer and hockey the most) and love to hike and spend my free time outdoors.

They’re like the holders in football…no one even knows they exist until the s#%t hits the fans!
