I'm looking in Everett, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mt Lake Terrace for those (Everett has already adopted new rules pertaining to the bill, the others are slow rolling a bit and most brokers don't know yet how it will impact value). 

I do some popcorn, Rice Krispies, sleeping masks, ear plugs, toothbrush /toothpaste, etc. local partnerships: find restaurants you may be able to get a discount for sending guests over for.

We could all survive on a beach in eating beans and rice.
