because conventional loans only allow you to have 10 loans so why fill the slots with anything less than 4 units!

So I received my weekly mail this morning through that convenient slot in my door and curiosity made me go pick up that envelope and in that formal letterhead I saw the utilities' company's name in bold letters.  

Pick a time slot once a week. 

Make sure the screw driver fits entirely across the screw head slot that you've cut.Good Luck!

Ask for 10 - 15 minute slots at the local REIAs and build your brand and reputation first.Just my 2 cents :-)Cheers!

It's easier to batch the calls than convince yourself to make one call each day, so dedicate a time slot to get it all done with real conversation rather than becoming just another applicant. 

My advice, is in the beginning purchase in your personal name as you will get the best financing terms and once you get close to running out of slots, then buying in the name of an LLC can help continue your growth and by then you have a good track record as well.Happy hunting,Eric
