My guess would be the market will behave inefficiently for a short time as it reacts to uncertainty from the new White House, and then it will re-stabilize into something fairly similar as what it is today.

As a GA native and investor, I love Savannah, but I haven't invested there yet, partially because y'all are so dominant in the market :) I would caution, however, that there is "no way to do background checks".

These developers are reacting to the market trend that, particularly in Washington D.C., there is a much lower vacancy in Prime office space, which CBRE predicts that trend will continue with vacancy levels being below pre-pandemic for Prime space by 2027 (Source)Many people who work in the D.C. metro will still be able to work hybrid or fully remote due to the nature of their jobs or company incentives.

I don’t think Airbnb natively supports these like Zillow does but wondering if anyone includes a link or QR code in their pictures or listing that links to a video or a 3D virtual tour??

Neither of those features are available to new "partners," so my dad didn't have enough time to react once he figured out that he had to actually collect payment directly from the scammer, who also had an excuse the last three days she was staying at his home with about 10 people (was  supposed to be 6) going in and out of his place.
