@David Faulkner first off I only borrow from my banker who I have been doing this for 22 years.. and if we get stuck with inventory like what happened in 08 I was able to term out the hangover inventory when the other developers who shopped for cheapest money but with big banks that just cut their throat ended up toast like you said.Plus its not all I do... is only about 20% of what I do...
