The hang over of extra stock is still available but wont be within 2 to 3 years from now.

Oregon had its fair share of hangover inventory but nothing like  AZ FLA GA NV and CA.. 

I'm wanting to leave the party before the hangover hits.

William PA is one of the states were foreclosure take forever and there was / is still a lot of hangover inventory compared to other markets. 

I'll be there...the auction hangover should have worn off by then.

Strange stuff going on with the hangover of last year's winter on everyone's minds and no real snow provided by mother nature yet. 

But I think it's very possible that we could see a technical recession, a kind of a hang over from the covid stimulus.

I had some cardboard I would put up on the windows when I wanted to sleep in and didnt want any sun to disturb my hangover 

@David Faulkner  first off I only borrow from my banker who I have been doing this for 22 years.. and if we get stuck with inventory like what happened in 08 I was able to term out the hangover inventory when the other developers who shopped for cheapest money but with big banks that just cut their throat ended up toast like you said.Plus its not all I do... is only about 20% of what I do...

There's no hangover afterwards --- just a bump then we're on to the next one.Not sure there's a great way to invest in real estate as a result of the World Cup.
