I am definitely not somebody to do something impulsive, so I am setting my goal as to purchase a property by the end of the year more as a way to check my natural over-analysis than to satisfy a need to do it now.

Hello, I pulled a trigger - somewhat impulsively -  last night at a meetup to make a purchase offer on a deal.

At no time did he bother to ask any of us in the family who have many years of REI & construction experience to look at the property before the impulsive purchase???
