Totally get where you're coming from—there's so much conflicting info out there on the best cities to fix and flip in, and it really depends on your risk tolerance, budget, and how much hands-on involvement you want.

Everything in the other states we're involved in has re-opened or is in the process of re-opening.

Generally I used licensed contractors when liability is involved and handyman when there's minimal liability.
