First of all, I love the morality component of it.

So moral of the story make the property appealing.3.

WE know what happens in many wholesaling transactions while legal may not be moral.

That group are scammers with zero morals or scruple.

This is your product, and you are branding it for maximum consumption.

Moral of the story and my personal take away from doing it, budget well and don't spend your money on liabilities (primary home)  and buy assets (rental property)..... 

I could not myself perform the technical labor as I lack the know how, but what I could do was help boost moral.

From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement: "a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know" or as well "a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented. 

I know David K wants to think any of us that do not take his position based on his post thinks we lack Morals and Character.
