There is a lot of anxiety among realtors with VA financing, just because it's such a different animal.

It carries anxiety, concern, uncertainty, hesitancy, indecision and inaction.  

I would love to hear your stories of investing in a down market, how you prepared for the "wave", your expectations v.s. reality, challenges and resolutions, and ultimately how everything - including the anxiety and uncertainty - payed off!

Vacancies cause me anxiety, but bad tenants cause a lot more.

The good prospective tenants get anxiety about finding a place so when they see a place that fits their criteria they in most cases want to see it ASAP when they have free time. 

I don't know about anyone else but there was a lot of anxiety with the appraisal.
