Then I would cover living room with new area rug, leaving tag on, put a great new doormat in outside and inside, add a runner in the main hall and a matching in one in the kitchen...give them some Casters for under furniture in bedrooms...

If the 1st is foreclosing, all junior notes get swept under the rug UNLESS you can buy out the senior position.  

I dont go for perfect , by the tine a rug , furniture are installed it looks great .

Churches and cemeteries are great neighbors, rarely used, quiet, well kept, a few busy days on holidays are better than a neighbor with 4 rug rats any day!

@Matthew SpiegelMan, your sidewalks look pretty rugged -- I could be wrong, but from the pics it looks like the pieces are all sloping different directions.
