It took a lot of will power but paid off in the end.

I read everything from algorithms, creative thinking, willpower and self compassion, entrepreneurship etc etc.The point in time when I decided to enter real estate investing was when I was listening to a BiggerPockets podcast with Karen.

I have the will power to pass it up.  

Keep this up, but don't forget one thing... the beginning is the hardest part, you need to continue with the hard work, sacrifice, and willpower for a while yet.

So the best time to get started is when you have the cash and the willpower to take a reasonable risk that you have analyzed now, rather than waiting a decade to save a nickel.After you do that 20 times, not buying at the bottom on 6 of them won't matter!

It will take time, effort, energy, will power, nerve, everything you've got and what you never thought you had inside to make it happen, become successful and build a better and brighter future for your family.

I can lift more and run farther.In the last week or two, though, I've had trouble keeping up my willpower, which is the main reason I'm posting this now.

What if the deceased didn't have an estate, will, power of attorney, or anything of the sort?

This is not because of laziness or willpower.

If you have the willpower to take it slow and steady then I can see it working out.
