Of course my method for building that wealth is through real estate.What this means is that I don't have the newest latest and greatest toys that everyone else seems to have (smartphones, tablets, fancy headphones, etc.)

I actually had help from someone who reached out to me - trying to sit me down for a cup of coffee to learn about real estate investing - and since I don't drink coffee or alcohol, I countered with asking him to join me in picking up these cabinets.
