Dont worry about the rent , worry about clearing out all the stuff , replacing the door when they bust it down , fixing the damage from the flash/bangs they throw in when they bust them . 

He grabbed his machete and a rope, shimmied up the tree and had it out of there in a flash.

Too many are awed by Cardone’s flash and haven’t followed him long enough to see how full of it he is.

Then they will flash up a photo of a title company check with a big number.

Yes, there are some Realtors that "hold" a check as funds, they are technically in violation of escrow requirements.Pretty much "flash cash" showing off, like the car salesman at some 2nd rate country club who has two one hundred dollar bills rolled around 50 one dollar bills.......not impressive. 

Would you care to explain the real scoop behind those real checks they be flashing?
