Is it unethical to say "I Buy Houses" if You are a wholesaler?

Just wondering what people think about this. I mean, technically, a wholesaler is not buying houses, they are making a contract and selling that contract. What do you think?

    I don't know, a sign that reads "I Put Houses Under Contract and Then Sell the Contract to an End Buyer Who Actually Does Buy Houses" would require some pretty small type
