@Joe P.No it's not a mistake I do it on full purpose its were prices are low and have lots of upside potential I think the whole region can be turned around I would not have come here if I did not think it would be possible for turning it around or having it put up side down.I would be happy if it would only be a few bad actors....

Then you're even more in the hole and unless you're sitting on a pile of cash, I'd say it's not worth the risk unless you can actually prove the seller did something overtly malicious.

My first venture into real estate social media was on the Aussie version of BP.. and man you talk about some sad cases.. they just did not know what they know.. and it was their fellow country men in league with bad actors on the ground .. they just wanted their 5 to 10k slice per deal..
